I’m a registered dietitian and certified personal trainer, specialized in performance nutrition and healthy aging, who brings more than a decade of experience coaching clients of all ages.

I support athletes and individuals with busy, active lifestyles through a whole person, plant-forward, all-foods-fit approach.

As a former college athlete and busy mom myself, I love all foods, baking, skiing, cycling, and helping clients live their best lives well fed.
